My Story

From 150 to 120

In June of 2020, I gained 13 pounds, and it was very noticeable. After hitting a very low point, feeling insecure, and comparing myself I am happy to say that I have found my happy place.

One day I said ENOUGH! I began to lift weights, do HIIT workouts and eat healthier. With patience and consistency, I was able to lose 22 pounds and gain 10 pounds in muscle.

You SHOULD feel worthy, irreplaceable, unique, and beautiful when you look at yourself in the mirror.
